Agraad.net delivers your orders via our company’s fleet. We also utilize other delivery companies or individuals during peak hours to ensure service and timely delivery.
Agraad.net offers same-day or alternative delivery depending on your location. You can choose a delivery time that suits you at any time of day, week, or month.
You can also subscribe to receive your selected products on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Orders must be placed at least four hours in advance to allow our delivery team sufficient time to prepare the item. Please consider the order time (it should not be late) and Agraad.net’s working hours. Additionally, some items may require more time to prepare, up to one or two days. Several days depending on the product.
For urgent orders, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.
You will be required to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the products as described. The order will be delivered to the address registered on the order, and the signature of anyone present at that address will be considered your receipt.
If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time. The company will not be responsible for any order that arrives within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Please note that if you fail to appear for delivery on two separate occasions, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery fees will be listed on the order completion page according to your country of residence.
Free Shipping:
Agraad.net offers free delivery for orders exceeding 50 Kuwaiti Dinars within Kuwait.

Agraad.net guarantees the safety of your order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until delivery. Agraad.net is not responsible for the product after delivery.
Shipping is via Aramex and DHL to other countries.
The guide uses an estimated delivery time starting from the moment the order is placed. Agraad.net is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to payment procedures initiated by the order taker.
An additional shipping fee will be added to the order cost if the delivery address is in a remote area.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it arrives before following the return procedures.
